Refund or Replace policy

Due to the complexities and costs involved in global shipping The Offensive Llama does not accept returns under any circumstances. However we do offer a replace or refund policy under certain conditions.

The deadline for using the refund or replace service is 21 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right under this policy, you must contact us via email as soon as possible.

We will reimburse you no later than 21 days from the day on which we approve your claim. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions:

In order for the goods to be eligible to be refunded or replaced, please make sure that:

• You contact us via email within 21 days of receiving the goods.

• You will need to attach pictures of the products

• Your reason for a refund or replacement product must fall into one of the following reasons:

  • Damaged/faulty goods

  • Incorrect product received

We will not approve a refund or replacement if you have ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
